SAM KRZYSTYNIAK

FUNDING The Anders Foundation sponsored a day out for Sam Krzystyniak and his friends at Thorpe Park. OVERVIEW Sam was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a cancer of the Lymph glands, in January this year two days before his 15th birthday. He received four months of intensive chemotherapy treatment at the University of London Hospital near Euston which finished at the end of May. Sam’s scans in June showed he was in remission from the illness and he will now be closely monitored in the months and years to come. A NOTE OF THANKS FROM SAM I would just like to say thank you so much to The Anders Nielsen Foundation for paying for me and 3 friends to go to Thorpe Park for the day on Monday. We had an amazing time and went on all the rides without having to queue at all. My favourite ride is Samurai which made me feel really dizzy and sick but I love it anyway! I love Thorpe park and really appreciate being able to go. It was especially nice to go with my friends from school who have all supported me over the past year and they had a fantastic time also. It was the perfect ending to our school holidays. Many thanks again. Sam Krzystyniak
