WELL DONE EMMA STONER

Emma is a disability badminton player with great potential. She is only 10 years old and entered her first able-bodied competition, the Surrey Under11B girls tournament and was awarded the Silver medal. Emma has a SL3 classification which only requires her to play half court singles in a para-badminton event. She won her medal taking on an able-bodied player in the final on full court after winning 4/5 games in the pool stages! Emma works very hard at her fitness and technique and is a regular member of the weekly disability badminton and Talent Spotting sessions at the club.
