David Follet is a member of the Devon Racqueteers wheelchair badminton club. The Anders Foundation has just helped David buy a new wheelchair and hope it will help him reach his goal - to participate in the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics. Good Luck David! FROM DAVID: I had a road traffic accident in 2007 which left me paralysed from C6/C7 and in a wheelchair. A year later I took up wheelchair badminton, I have now been to 3 world championships representing England, with the most recent in Stoke Mandeville in 2015 where I reached the last 16. I am now starting 2016 with a brand new sports chair with massive thanks to the Anders foundation for their contribution, this will hopefully push me to the next level. My aim is to be in the top 10 players in the world and to go to the 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo"
